Dennis "Denny" Heck (born July 29, 1952) is an American politician who has been the United States Representative for Washington's 10th congressional district since 2013.

  • In 2014, Heck was one of four representatives—along with Barbara Lee (D-Calif.), Ed Perlmutter (D-Colo.) and Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.)—to sponsor an amendment to the Financial Services appropriations bill preventing the U.S. Treasury Department from spending money to penalize banks providing services to businesses in states where cannabis is legal. The amendment passed with bipartisan support, 231 to 192.[1]
