Suriname, officially known as the Republic of Suriname, is a country on the northeastern Atlantic coast of South America. It is bordered by French Guiana to the east, Guyana to the west and Brazil to the south.

Cannabis Legislation

Cannabis and all activities associated with it are illegal in Suriname. There is some evidence of cultivation in the country and in 2010 authorities found a small-scale grow and seized 146 kg of cannabis and 4.5 grams of hash.[1]
