The "Top 50 Most Influential Marijuana Users" is the Marijuana Policy Project's (MPP) first annual list of living Americans who have tried marijuana at least once and meet the following criteria: "the power to influence cultural and social attitudes, political clout, individual wealth, and a person's media profile".[1][2]
